About SimpologyMinimize

Simpology is a visionary technology solution provider in the Australian banking and finance industry, focussed on solving process inefficiencies and delivering innovative user experiences. The company was founded in 2006 by industry entrepreneurs, who understand the tremendous need for improvements from over 15 years combined experience within the industry.

With strong relationships at every level in the industry Simpology is working very closely with key enterprises across the entire channel redefining methodologies and practices, solving problems and finding solutions to optimise processes and streamline workflows inline with our vision for the future.

Simpology's advanced application processing prototype captivated Brokers, Lenders and Mortgage Insurers in June/July 2008 providing a glimpse of the possible capabilities of instant mortgage approvals direct to the consumer redefining existing distribution channels.

With our dedicated development team, which consists of some of the most innovative thinkers, we have been constantly pushing the boundaries of software development, continuously experimenting with new technologies to provide the best solutions for a broad range of complex problems.

As Simpology has evolved, we’ve been guided by a simple statement of purpose: to help our customers simplify and automate their business processes. Standing behind that purpose are our principles for operating the business – with a focus on agility, innovation, trust and integrity, and simplicity – all of which keep us closely connected with our customers.

Agility: We anticipate and act on the changing needs of our business. We have the willingness and capability to change. We execute quickly and precisely. We question what needs to change in order to continually evolve and improve.

Trust and Integrity: We are ethical and honest in our intentions, words, and actions. We believe our end results and how we obtain them are equally important. We are accountable for both successes and failures and we learn and improve from both.

Simplicity: We are committed to making our products, services, and business processes easier to understand and use. We create value by providing products and services that streamline complex processes and boost productivity. We embrace continuous improvement as a way to simplify our business. We support and foster an attitude of helpfulness in everything we do. Above all, we deliver unique and positive Simpology experiences by being easy to work with.

Strategic ObjectivesMinimize
One platform for the entire industry

There are many layers of businesses which cumulatively form the mortgage industry, each operating independently, duplicating many common processes and functions at every level. Simpology's core objective is to centralise these commonalities into one platform that can be consumed by all layers eliminating duplication and significantly increasing operational efficiencies.

We will continue to devoted much of our resources into planning and developing the core software platform which will lift the Australian mortgage industry to world's best practices and ultimate efficiencies.

Deliver high-quality relevant products and services

We have developed our product direction through the involvement of our business partners, our advisors, and most importantly, the end consumer. Through ongoing discussions, we explore with our customers their needs, wants, and desires for applications that can help their businesses perform and grow.

From those discussions we have mapped a unique strategy that focuses on customer requirements. That strategy spans the business management needs of Mortgage Brokers, Aggregators, Lenders & Originators and Mortgage Insurers and takes into account specific requirements of our selected vertical industries.

Develop strategic relationships

Strengthening existing and developing new relationships with industry participants is crucial in order to deliver business focussed, sophisticated solutions, requiring vision and extensive cooperation working closer together on common goals, for the benefit of both organisations.

Powerful relationships takes careful planning, focus, and determination, to offer synergies. It's not finance, not strategy, not technology that leads to big business. It's building a long-term, strategic relationship that is the ultimate competitive advantage.

Through our relationships, we enable complementary business strengths, share common experiences, and pursue collective goals with companies that are leaders in their industries and share our vision for an efficient channel.

Through selective acquisitions, we enable complementary business strengths, share common experiences, and pursue collective goals with companies that are leaders in their industries.

Consistently achieve results

Simpology believes in investment—in people, in products, and in the industry we serve. By maintaining our position, we can invest in our customers' successes through continuous product development and a continuous understanding of the industries' needs.

We believe we are on the right path to success. With our strategic objectives, we have set a course that is yielding the results we want. With our strategy we are positioning Simpology to be a leading partner to Mortgage Brokers, Aggregators, Lenders & Originators and Mortgage Insurers and the industry as a whole.

We are confident in achieving those successes for our customers and have developed a strategy to guide our efforts. With the support of our customers, and through the dedication of our employees and partners, we invite you to share in that vision.
