Commission InformationMinimize

With the commission changes and complex structures it is near impossible for mortgage brokers and aggregators to keep up to date accurate commission information, know how much they will be paid or be compliant when creating their finance broking contracts.

Simpology has created the Maximiser which is an offline tool that allows mortgage brokers to access and view commission information from their panel lenders. The Maximiser has 4 main functions: Calculate Commissions; View Detailed Commission Information; Create Accurate Finance Broking Contracts; and a contact list of Lenders Contacts.

Behind the Maximiser is a sophisticated Content Management System in order to maintain all the lender and broker agreements allowing individualisation from Aggregator to Aggregator and Broker to Broker. It even maintains all the hurdles whether they are at the Aggregator, Lender or Broker level.

Commission CalculatorMinimize

Commission isn’t commission any more. There are very large differences in the amount of commission paid by lenders to mortgage brokers under very complex and sometimes confusing commission structures. Use the Maximiser to sort through the complexities and be sure of commissions paid by different lenders across different loan products.

CALCULATE - Input the exact details of a deal into the Maximiser to find out what commissions are offered by different lenders for different loan types over a specified time frame. The Maximiser takes into account upfronts, margins, commission bonuses, conversion ratios, clawbacks – all the complexities of commissions today are presented in a quick and easy format.

COMPARE - Quickly and easily compare expected commissions paid over the expected loan time by lender – allowing you to make a more informed decision on which lender to use with a more accurate assessment of your cost/ benefit ratio of a particular loan.

REPORTS - Create time-stamped PDF reports of search results for future reference of commission policy when reconciling commissions, or should there be a disagreement with a Lender for commission owed or clawbacks in the future. Each report presents all information with regards to the Lender’s commission policy at that time, as well as exact commission expected on particular loan details.

Detailed Commission InformationMinimize

The Maximiser is an offline application that enables you to check specific lender Commission Policies and/or calculate expected commission on specific deals, whether you are in the office or not, using the most up-to-date and comprehensive library of commission policy data on the market.

RESEARCH - The Maximiser allows you to research expected commissions for a particular lender, compare a number of lenders, and rank lender commissions. Alternatively, you can research expected commissions based on product type, or even based on commission policy – eg for construction loans research commissions paid based on full loan amount versus paid on each draw down.

DETAILED REPORTS - The Maximiser generates detailed PDF reports based on your search criteria which can then be saved or printed for future reference. Each report is time-stamped and outlines the exact commission policy of the lender at that point in time.

Automatic Finance Broking ContractsMinimize

Save time and ensure accuracy with the Maximiser FBC Generator, which allows you to generate a fully branded Finance Broking Contract, specific to a particular customer and loan, in seconds.  Simply print the FBC and present to your customer for a professional confirmation of your regulatory requirements.

GENERATING FBC's - Creating accurate Finance Broking Contracts manually is a time consuming task given the amount of information that should be included. The Maximiser ensures that you include the right information regardless of commissions and fees breakdown (including referral fees). Because the FBC Generator utilises the commission policy information of our commission Maximiser, you can be sure that the expected commission and comparison commissions included in the report are based on accurate commission policy at that point in time.

MAXIMUM COMPLIANCE - A Finance Broking Contract generated by using accurate commission policy data will ensure that you are presenting your client with a compliant Contract. Using the Maximiser will ensure you won’t make a mistake because you have missed an update in lender policy. The FBC Generator even takes into account state-based requirements to ensure maximum compliance.

SAVE AS PDF or WORD - Each Finance Broking Contract generated is easily saved either as a PDF or in Word, allowing you to save to a customer file, forward to a customer electronically, or print and present to a customer.

Lenders ContactsMinimize

Sick of having to logon to different lender websites to find the details of internal staff and contacts? Or searching through the lender contact lists published by your aggregator? The Maximiser Contacts and People engine presents ALL contact details for ALL lenders and their people in a concise and searchable Contacts Engine.

The People and Contacts Engine is an offline application that has the most up-to-date industry contact list available. Find that number for that credit team while you are offline at your customers house. Chase up contracts with that settlements team while you are on the road. You will never be without an important contact number or email again.

CREATE PDF REPORTS - Generate up to date contact lists per lender and publish as PDF reports at the touch of a button. Lender contacts lists include general website, broker website, BDM contacts, internal loan processing team contacts, addresses, broker support contacts, lending managers...the list goes on.
