Loanapp Electonic Lodgment Platform

Over the past 12 months we have been developing an advanced electronic lodgment platform for the Australian mortgage industry. The first release will be made to key industry participants on 15th July 2010 for initial evaluation and an anticipated public release to mortgage brokers in October 2010.

Loanapp has a dynamically generated user interface to accommodate various lenders validation and credit policy rules, whilst maintaining a uniform process for mortgage brokers.  

Loanapp also is supporting our broker users with a custom community portal for support, training, information management and back channel messaging.

Loanapp will be delivered FREE to all end users!


Loanapp Desktop ClientMinimize

Loanapp Desktop Client

Loanapp Desktop Client is a .Net Winforms desktop application that is used to capture and save mortgage and finance applications offline.

 

The application process is exactly the same for all lenders regardless of their specific policies and procedures, which has been made possible by dynamically generating the logic based on the lender and products group selected.

Loanapp has a number of sophisticated engines allowing dynamic and live validation as the application is completed ensuring the correct information is collected and lender specific business policies are adhered to ensuring high quality, accurate loan applications.

Once the application is complete, has passed all mandatory pre-checks and is ready to be submitted, through an internet connection, the application can be submitted to our appXchange server which manages the delivery to the chosen lender. Applications can be submitted via LIXI compliant XML or PDF documents.

Loanapp Desktop Client has many more user friendly features including: autosave; backup & restore; export to Word, PDF or images; print and preview reports; copy and clone applications; lock and password protect applications; and many more.

Loanapp Desktop Client is kept up to date with the latest lenders product and policy information through an automated update service.

Loanapp Community PortalMinimize

Loanapp Community Portal is a .Net 3.5 ASPX MVC web application with a mix of functionality to empower all industry participants to collaborate together to make Loanapp and electronic lodgement the best in the world.

In the profile module, users can manage their personal and business information, relationships between lenders, aggregators and brokers, lender accreditations and view a complete audit log of all actions.

The support module allows users to interact with each other finding answers to questions, making suggestions to improve Loanapp and electronic lodgment processes, report problems, get help from Loanapp support staff, access all the learning material and videos. The support module creates a real community feel and sense of involvement.

The loan management module shows all submitted loans and allows users to receive and view status updates directly from lenders.

Loanapp Community Portal has many more great features that allow users to manage their notifications via email and SMS, full community messaging platform for user interaction and many more.

Loanapp Control Panel

Loanapp Control Panel is Simpology’s internal business platform to manage and maintain all the resources, users and businesses powering the desktop client and community portal.

As well as our platform for Lenders product and policy information, it also contains the manage module for appXchange services, managing all application transactions, reporting and maintenance.
